BURLESQUE

Below you will find a list of burlesque routines I currently perform. Each routine can be tailored to your event, or something special can be created just for you! Please contact me for availabillity and fees.

Fan Dance - A classic burlesque staple. Set to classic jazz tunes, with a selecton of fans in pretty much any colour you could dream of, a fan dance is an elegant and sure fire way to introduce your guests to burlesque. This act can be tailored to suit your needs, with such options asfully clothed, implied or full nudity.

Striptease and Fan Dance - An extension on the classic fan dance, this routine begins with a fun and energatic striptease routine, where the giant feather bustle of my costume is revealed to be a pair of giant feather fans. Just when they think its all over, your guests are treated to a cheeky fan dance routine as well.

Balloon Pop - Another burlesque classic, my balloon pop routines come with many theme and extra's options. Some themes include cupcakes, heart breaker, bathtime, and the black cat. The possibillities are endless, with the choice of including audience participation in your performance package.

'Peepshow' - The best $1 show in town. A sensual silhouette style routine where the audience is treated to a striptease in stages - each state of undress revealed through a brief flash of light - leaving them to anticipate just what will be revealed next time the lights come up. A strong and bold act not for the faint of heart - this one will make you gasp.

'Moonstruck' - An elegant and sophisticated tribute to Sally Rand. Set in two parts, the first half is a soft and ballet inspired scarf dance where each part of the costume is revealed to be no more than a sheer scarf, ending with a softly backlit silhouette dance. Next a giant balloon (approx 4FT) is used to hide and reveal the body before being burst in a jazzy finale, filled with golder stars and silver confetti. A truly demure act that has withstood the test of time to show the delicate and soft nature of burlesque.

'In the Garden of Eden, Honey' - A cheeky retelling of the true history of burlesque! Our story opens with the ethereal Eve appearing from a curtain of ivy, flowers and glittery cloth, in her natural and (fairly) nude form. She dances about in her innocence, but is soon led astray by her friend Mr Snake. He convinces her apples are far tastier than grapes.... And the trouble starts from there. It all comes to a head when our poor naive Eve gets a visit from God himself, and he's not happy about her new ideas about modesty. She's left with no choice but to lose her new clothes, or leave Eden forever. What will she choose?

'A Fistful of Sequins' - Feeling lucky, punk? Inspired by all her favorite spaghetti westerns, this ones got every old trick in the book. With a glittering custom made cowgirl costume and a few wild west talents to boot, this is one wild west adventure you'll not want to miss! Everything from a shootout to a striptease before the dynamite fuse can burn down this act takes you on a wild ride right up to the lasso twirling finale. A show for those that dream of slamming down whiskey shooters and getting into fights over trick cards in poker then saving the girl all without saying a word.

'Bathtime' - A cute and lighthearted routine that follows our tired (and popular!) young lady as she returns from a hard night out on the town. All she wants is to sink into a nice warm bath and sing away to her favourite tunes - but the darn phone won't stop ringing! Cute and quirky with a few laughs put in for good measure - a bit of fun with a little titillation without being too naughty.

'Dracula's Tease' - A tongue in cheek reenactment of the love affair between the innocent Mina Harker and her immortal love Count Dracula. Utilising the old 'half and half' tricks of the old vaudeville comedians, watch as Danica Lee plays both characters in this dark and sensual story. Will young Mina give in to her desires? Or will Count Dracula push his luck and try to slip his hands a little too far into her petticoats?
